Job descriptionAs a Workers’ Compensation Associate, you will handle all aspects of representing clients in their Work Comp matters from the moment the case opens, through each case resolution. This position will also provide direction and supervision to non-attorney staff ensuring adherence to all Workers’ Compensation laws, regulations, and labor codes.
