Guaranteed Hours : (36 hours / week)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Oncology RN to join our dedicated medical-surgical oncology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to adult patients. This role involves performing clinical assessments, managing treatments autonomously, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collect comprehensive data relevant to the patient's condition or situation.
• Analyze patient assessments to determine appropriate nursing diagnoses.
• Identify expected patient outcomes and develop individualized care plans.
• Advocate for patient needs and safety within the interdisciplinary care team.
• Deliver effective care while optimizing use of time, supplies, and equipment.
• Educate patients and their families about medications, procedures, and treatments.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families throughout their stay.

Requirements :

Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience required.

Active RN license in the State of Florida (or ability to obtain before start date).

BSN preferred
