Xchange Logistics Corporation is a growing freight forwarding company that provides an array of transportation and logistics solutions to customers worldwide. Our HQ is based in West Covina, California.

Working Hours: Monday- Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
This position requires you to work on-site.

We are looking for an Operations Agent who will handle both air import and air export activities to ensure smooth and timely movement of cargo.

Job Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:

• Planning, booking and routing shipments
• Preparing, handling, and processing documentation
• Tracking and tracing cargo
• Ensuring compliance with all air travel regulations
• Working with customs
• Negotiating rates
• Providing updates and customer service
• Ensuring accurate and timely client billing
• Communicating with customers, vendors, shippers, and other partners to ensure smooth transport
