The Customer Experience and Content team oversees an extensive array of solutions for Kay Jewelers, facilitating the realization of our marketing strategies.
Reporting to the Director of Customer Experience and Content Strategy, the Senior Manager of Retail Marketing and GTM is responsible for setting the vision and driving the overall strategy for retail marketing and go-to-market strategies for existing and expansion plans of Kay retail. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing go to market plans, traffic driving programs / local media, retail marketing operations, and positioning and pacing of annual and seasonal product and promotional programs to build Go-to-Market calendar which serves as the backbone for our marketing strategies.

This role requires an in-depth knowledge of customer experience / clienteling, retail marketing, cross-functional marketing, campaign and calendar processes and project management to drive awareness, consideration, traffic and sales through an enhanced customer experience across channels.
Responsibilities :
- Support the development and drive the execution of annual, quarterly and seasonal plans. Partner closely with cross functional partners (Brand, Creative, Digital, Social, Retail Ops) to devise cross-functional go to market plans to ensure campaigns are connected to the defined strategy, goals, key performance indicators and business rhythms
- Utilize process mapping to implement operational best practices across the marketing organization. Identify friction points and lead the team to find and implement solutions. Communicate expectations, milestones, dependencies, timelines, project scope and project objectives to ensure teams have what is needed to execute
- Manage asset development and distribution across multiple channels to ensure purposeful and choreographed storytelling
- Partnering with the consumer insights and promotional planning teams, develop briefs with relevant inputs to guide creative execution during promotions
- Identify and cultivate partnerships with relevant internal and external stakeholders and organizations. Manage scope of work and oversee the execution of joint marketing initiatives
Education and Acceptable Job-Related Experience :
BA / BS degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline requiredMinimum 8 years of progressive Marketing experience recommendedAble to demonstrate outstanding Marketing skills and potential developed within Consumer Goods and / or Retail environmentsStrong knowledge for Microsoft Excel is requiredStrong analytical skills as well as communication and presentation skills requiredSuperior project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentAbility to work independently and collectively across departments
