Full-time I Third Shift Emergency Department

Hamburg Observation Services Are Provided To Selected Emergency Department Patients Specifically To Determine The Need For Inpatient Admission, Where An Inpatient Is A Patient Whose Care Is Expected To Cross Two Midnights. Features Extended Care, Testing / Treatment, Impatient Comfort, Assessment For Admission Or Discharge.

Under The Direction Of A Registered Nurse (Rn) Or Other Licensed Care Team Member, The Nursing Assistant / Patient Care Tech (Pct / Huc) :

• Provides Direct Patient Care And Related Support By Performing Selected Nursing Procedures.
• Routine Duties To Assist Medical And Nursing Personnel In The Examination, Treatment, And Care Of Patients.
• Maintains Work Area To Ensure Efficient Operation And Workflow.
• Supports And Demonstrates Knowledge Of Organizational Compliance Policies.
