We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as a CCTR Program Director. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and day-to-day operations of the General Child Care and Development program, also known as CCTR, across Learning Jungle Centers. Your primary focus will be to ensure compliance with program requirements and optimize fund usage.
Key Responsibilities :
Implementation Oversight :
- Lead the implementation and rollout of the CCTR Program across Learning Jungle Centers, ensuring consistency and adherence to program guidelines.
- Collaborate with center directors and other functional areas to develop and execute implementation plans tailored to each center's needs.
Operations Management :
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the CCTR Program at all centers, including monitoring program activities (e.g. DRDP, ITERS and ECERS) and resolving operational issues related to the CCTR Program.Conduct regular assessments of CCTR program effectiveness and recommend improvements as necessary.Compliance and Reporting :
Ensure monthly compliance with all CCTR Program requirements, including timely and accurate reporting to relevant stakeholders including Finance, CDSS, business and program operations head.Maintain comprehensive records of program activities, expenditures, assets, and outcomes for reporting purposes.Funds Optimization :
Work closely with finance and budgeting teams to maximize and optimize the usage of CCTR funds across all centers.Identify opportunities for cost-saving measures and efficient resource allocation to enhance program sustainability.Expansion Strategy :
Support expansion strategies including acquisitions and greenfield that involves the application of the CCTR Program.Project Management
Develop and implement strategies to successfully convert target Pre-K rooms to accommodate younger age groups, in alignment with program objectives and guidelines.On the ground project and construction management for projects related to organizational expansion.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications (MUST HAVES)
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or a related field.Previous experience in program management, preferably in the early childhood education sector.Strong understanding of CCTR Program guidelines and compliance requirements.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management softwareAn Automated Decision System (ADS) is employed in the assessment of applicants for the positions being recruited for in order to gauge the following pertinent qualifications or traits :
