Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiovascular ICU night shift assignment requiring at least one year of ICU experience and current BLS and ACLS certifications.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Work in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of a hospital setting
  • Night shift schedule with 12-hour shifts, three days per week
  • Cares for a variety of patients with complex cardiovascular health needs
  • No local candidates allowed; must live outside a 50-mile radius
  • Responsible for managing care of assigned patients, including administering medications and monitoring physiological data
  • Will assist physicians with exams and minor procedures as needed
  • Must provide competent care to acute cardiovascular patients and interact with both patients and families regarding care plans

  • Current OK or compact RN license required
  • Active BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
  • Minimum of one year of recent ICU nursing experience required
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program required; BSN preferred
