Job Description

As the Warehouse and Logistics Manager you will oversee and manage the day to-day warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in inventory management. Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain performance and cost-effectiveness.

Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods. Oversee the scheduling and routing of shipments to meet customer requirements. Monitor and maintain compliance with safety standards and regulations within the warehouse, experience with shipping hazardous goods is needed for this role. Analyze and improve warehouse processes to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs. Lead, train, and motivate the warehouse team to achieve performance goals.

Generate and analyze reports to track key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Warehouse and Logistics Manager should have :

• Proven expertise in warehouse and logistics management within food, beverage, or chemical industries.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory control systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements effectively.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements including shipping of hazardous goods and materials.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• This role is located in West Covina, LA County, CA.
