StartDate : ASAP Pay Rate : $2425.00 - $2625.00

This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

• Schedule : As soon as credentialed - ongoing, clinic 8a-4p then 24 hour call, 5 shifts per month
• Practice Setting : Hospital and Clinic
• Types of Cases : general adult urology cases
• Credentialing Timeframe : 90 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) : Epic / Cerner
• Certifications Required : Must be board certified or board eligible
• Licensure Required : willing to license
