UCCMEDFIELD a community-centered church in the heart of Medfield, Massachusetts is seeking a relational, Jesus-loving leader to step into the role of NextGen Lead . This is more than a job its a calling to walk with kids, youth, and families as they discover a faith that sticks, grow in love, and become part of something bigger than themselves.

Who You Are

Youre a Jesus Enthusiast so full of love for Christ that kids and students are drawn to know more. Youre the kind of leader who :

• Cant help but connect and inspire kids of all ages.
• Builds real, meaningful relationships with students, parents, and volunteers.
• Knows how to curate or create curriculum that brings Scripture to life in practical, age-appropriate ways.
• Cares deeply about the local church and its mission in the community.
• Has both vision for what could be and the hands-on spirit to make it happen.
• Communicates clearly, leads graciously, and organizes with purpose.
• Believes worship, service, and joy belong in every phase of life.
