Property Maintenance Technician

Winterwood is currently seeking a skilled and reliable Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of four residential properties totaling 88 units, including grounds care, located in the PembrokeRussellvilleElkton, KY area.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in apartment or property maintenance and demonstrate a strong commitment to quality work, safety, and resident satisfaction.

Job Type : Full Time (40 hours per week)

Work Schedule : 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM (Monday-Friday), plus on-call

Pay : $20.00 per hour, plus monthly cell phone reimbursement of $100

Sign-On Bonus : $500 (Payable on first paycheck. Rehires are eligible if their separation period has been 1 year or more).

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in property or apartment maintenance required.
• Proficient in carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical work, etc.
• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-hours emergencies.
• Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds and climb ladders.
• Willingness and ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.
