Inventory Liabilities Support

Working as Part-time Inventory Liabilities Support, you will be analyzing and problem solving issues and transactions related to inventory purchases, p-card purchases, special charges, and match exceptions. This is a fast-paced team environment that will interact with all aspects of the company related to inventory purchases. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to :

• Reconciling payments and receipts of inventory purchases
• Analyzing match exceptions related to inventory purchases, receipt of goods, and vendor invoices
• Making journal entries to resolve accounting issues related to accounts payable
• Communicating with our branches, corporate procurement, international procurement, and distribution centers solving receipt issues and vendor invoices
