• Administratively support a department by meeting the needs of both internal and external clients. Services are provided in a manner that demonstrates the highest levels of quality accountability and teamwork.
• Accurately and efficiently format proof finalize and distribute Firm documents adhering to the established guidelines and quality control methodologies and standards.
• Confirm completeness and accuracy of own work and check the work of others to confirm there are zero defects in order to minimize errors and redundancies.
• Monitor prioritize and process workflow in a timely manner which includes updating metrics and other relevant departmental production information
• Understand and adhere to organizational and legal policies for quality risk mitigation confidentiality and data privacy
• Assist with other administrative duties including but not limited to office administration partner support and other practice support areas as needed
