Hospitalist (Kadlec Regional Medical Center)

Join a compassionate, highly collegial team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center as a full-time Hospitalist in Richland, Washington. In this role, you will collaborate with a stable group and work to serve a medically diverse patient population. Enjoy access to system-wide support and conduct meaningful work in Tri-Cities.

• Full-time position
• 7-on / 7-off schedule
• 161, 12-hour shifts per year
• Teams consist of dedicated rounding and admitting shifts
• No night coverage required for daytime providers
• Closed ICU, no procedures required
• Intensivists / ER run codes and Hospitalists run rapid assessments
• Strong consultant support and dedicated hospitalist RN support
• Experience preferred but Internal Medicine new graduates are welcome to apply
• As a non-profit, Kadlec qualifies for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
• Access to professional student loan consultant
• Compensation is between $322,113 and $364,127 per year
• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality / service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them
• Comprehensive benefits include health, vision, dental and retirement and sick leave
• No state income tax for Washington State
