BLS, ACLS

Covid 19 vaccinated

Provider within driving distance - highly preferred

Must have completed at least 1 successful assignment through presenting agency - Preferred - Client will accept 1 reference they are able to contact at the time of presentation!

If the provider can do ERPCs that would be a bonus!
