Research Associate

A company is looking for a Research Associate responsible for researching healthcare-related information and providing support to members and advocates.

Key Responsibilities

Research and document information regarding healthcare providers and resources

Respond to member requests and track cases to ensure timely follow-up

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or G.E.D.; Associate's degree preferred

Minimum of one year of healthcare experience preferred

Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and web navigation required

Ability to pass job-related testing and standardized interviews

Bilingual skills may be required based on assignment
