Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Ultrasound Technologist Discipline : Allied Health Professional Start Date : 10 / 27 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 10 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Title : Ultrasound Tech – Maternal Fetal Medicine Location : Westwood, NJ 07675 Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Day, 4x10-Hour (08 : 00 – 18 : 30) Job Responsibilities and Requirements : Performs specialized diagnostic ultrasound procedures using high-frequency sound waves to assist medical personnel in identifying anatomical abnormalities. Responsible for conducting a range of OB / Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) exams, including fetal anatomy surveys, amniotic fluid index, nuchal translucency screens, and umbilical cord Doppler studies. Duties include preparing and maintaining imaging equipment, managing patient data in PACS / HIS systems, scheduling patients, and ensuring the work area is organized and clean. Required Qualifications : ARDMS OB / GYN, BLS, NT, and applicable State license (required at submission) Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound Technology Program Minimum of 2 years of OB ultrasound experience and 1 year of MFM ultrasound experience Nuchal translucency certification required Strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, fetal malformations, and ultrasound equipment operation Ability to work in high-risk OB, maternal-fetal medicine, and obstetrics settings Preferred Skills : Proficiency in all OB trimesters and procedures such as amniocentesis Experience with GE and Samsung 3D ultrasound equipment Familiarity with fetal anatomical assessments (head, heart, abdomen, extremities, etc.) About HonorVet Technologies HonorVet Technologies : Pioneering Purpose, Empowering Heroes Founded in 2015, HonorVet Technologies stands as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) , proudly certified by NaVOBA and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs .
