Copy Editor / Production Artist, ARMY Magazine — Association of the United States Army (AUSA). This civilian position supports ARMY Magazine by editing, laying out, and producing high-quality monthly content, coordinating with editorial and production teams to ensure timely delivery to the printer. The role reports to the Editor in Chief, works closely with the Managing Editor and Art Director, and contributes to a collaborative publications team.

Responsibilities

• Copy editing and fact-checking articles and commentaries.
• Designing and laying out features and other articles in ARMY Magazine.
• Creating final PDFs and preparing materials for delivery to the printer.
• Performing final checks of both print and digital versions each month before printing.
• Editing other AUSA publications as needed.
