Description : SUMMARY
The Transaction Management is responsible for managing the end-to-end flow of transactions and collateral-related services, serving as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors. This role focuses on facilitating smooth communication, ensuring the accuracy of documentation, managing files through their life cycle, and providing high-quality service to external partners. The coordinator also oversees quality control reviews of loan documents and collateral reports, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines are crucial to success in this position.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Transaction Management : Review loan packages for new loan requests, ensuring completeness for underwriting, and track due diligence documentation. Coordinate and manage the entire loan process, from document gathering to final approval.
- Client & Vendor Relations : Act as the main point of contact for clients and third-party vendors, maintaining effective communication and fostering professional relationships to ensure timely transaction turnaround and issue resolution.
- File Processing & Tracking : Manage, organize, and track transaction files throughout their lifecycle. Schedule and assign tasks to meet deadlines and client expectations.
- Quality Control Reviews : Conduct quality control reviews of loan packages, including annual reviews and loan presentations, ensuring all documents meet internal and client standards before submission.
- Problem Resolution : Address client escalations, providing clear, concise solutions to any issues that arise. Collaborate with team members and vendors to resolve challenges and maintain service quality.
- Process Improvement : Analyze and identify areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency and collaborate with internal teams to implement changes that streamline operations.
- Team Collaboration & Support : Work closely with internal teams, including analysts and management, to ensure smooth execution of all transactions and ensure consistency in team performance.
- Other Duties : Perform additional duties as assigned to support the overall function of the department.

Requirements :
REAUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Education : Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or related fields.Experience : At least two years of experience in commercial lending, real estate, vendor management, or appraisal services. Experience with commercial loan servicing software is preferred.Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word), with the ability to learn new systems quickly. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Attributes : Highly dependable, detail-oriented, motivated, and a positive team player with strong interpersonal skills.
