Radiology physician job in North Carolina : Locums Asheboro, North Carolina, Mammography Specialist with General Dx / Light IR

Looking for a temporaryMammography Specialist with General Dx and Light IR Responsibilities / Flouro Supervisioncoverage through 2025

Monday through Friday 8a - 5p

Systems Used : EMR : Meditech PACS : Intelerad VR : Fluency

Fluoroscopy Procedures : Perform real-time imaging to assist in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures

General Radiology : Conduct and interpret routine imaging exams such as X-rays, CTs, and MRIs

Mammography Specialist with General Dx and Light IR Responsibilities / Flouro Supervision Onsite (8a-5p)

Breast Imaging : Perform and interpret imaging procedures such as :

3D mammography

Digital mammography

Breast ultrasounds

Diagnostic Procedures : Conduct stereotactic and ultrasound-guided breast biopsies

Fluoroscopy Procedures : Supervise and assist in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. (3-4 / day)

General Radiology : Conduct and interpret routine imaging exams such as X-rays, CTs, and MRIs

Light Interventional Procedures : Not a 100% IR Position (No IR Call)

Perform non-complex procedures such as : (5-6 / day)

Image-guided biopsies

Drainages

Kyphoplasty

PICC line placements

Paracentesis and thoracentesis

ACLS, BLS, DEA Required

Board Certified Required

Active NC License Required

CDS Certification- REQUIRED
