Staff :

Estimated annual base pay : $113200 (minimum) - $147000 (midpoint) - $181000 (maximum)

Senior Staff :

Estimated annual base pay : $145000 (minimum) - $181000 (midpoint) - $218000 (maximum)

All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity

Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement robust system architectures aligned with organizational requirements.

Lead cross-functional teams to execute complex engineering projects within timelines.

Identify and resolve intricate technical challenges using advanced analytical methods.

Advise senior management on emerging technologies and best practices to improve systems.

Mentor and guide junior engineers to enhance their technical skills and ensure best practices.

Senior Staff Level

Key Responsibilities :

Act as the senior technical expert advising leadership on complex systems engineering matters.

Shape and implement strategies that align with organizational goals and anticipate industry trends.

Lead and oversee high-risk multifaceted engineering projects across departments.

Develop innovative solutions for unique complex challenges that broadly impact the business.

Communicate complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.

Key Skills :

In-depth expertise in systems engineering and advanced technologies.

Strategic planning and ability to align initiatives with business objectives.

Leadership of high-risk cross-functional and complex projects.

Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends for informed solutions.

Exceptional stakeholder influence and communication skills for senior leadership.

Successful candidates have :

Bachelors degree in sciences (BS) in relevant field AND

8 years experience

Provides leadership of system and subsystem technical scope defined above and takes a lead role with engineers designers and technicians
