What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Lead the health practice and team to achieve strategic growth and market distinction
Serve as a strategic partner to clients, directing high-impact programs to meet business goals
Build and nurture long-term client relationships while providing leadership and strategic guidance
Generate organic revenue by expanding the scope of work and introducing new services to clients
Manage client budgets, financials, and profitability while overseeing team staffing and resourcing
What is Required (Qualifications) Minimum 10 years of experience in communications, ideally in both agency and in-house settings
Extensive experience leading strategic communication strategies within healthcare, medtech, pharma, or life sciences
Strong experience in pharma, biotech, and / or life sciences preferred
Demonstrated experience in new business efforts, including outreach and proposal development
Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Innovative thinker with a proven track record of translating strategic thinking into actionable plans
Significant experience providing communications counsel to executives and senior marketers
Experience setting up measurement programs and assessing the ROI of communications activities
Ability to make decisions in a changing environment and anticipate future needs
