Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Electronics Systems Technician to oversee and execute the maintenance, testing, and operational analysis of complex security and electronic systems. This role requires a hands-on leader with deep technical expertise and a strong background in multidisciplinary collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze system operations and test results to ensure optimal performance and identify maintenance needs.
- Execute authorized tests on security systems and subsystems to verify functionality and detect issues.
- Identify and correct system malfunctions where possible, and report all issues and resolutions to the Systems Support Engineering Team (SSET).
- Advise the SSET on system abnormalities and limitations that may impact future system designs or operational methodologies.
- Ensure all services are completed in alignment with supervisory guidance and operational standards.
- Report system-related problems and performance concerns to the SSET.
- Serve as a lead technician while actively contributing to the maintenance and installation team.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in electronics installation and / or maintenance across multiple systems and customer programs.At least 6-10 years of experience with intercom, intrusion alarm systems, access control, and CCTVProven ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and quality objectives.Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Minimum 5 years of SQL database experience, including query writing, data analysis, and database structure management.Solid understanding of electronics principles including electricity, electronic theory, algebra, and elementary physics.Knowledge of electronic equipment design, testing, installation, and maintenance.Familiarity with the capabilities and limitations of various electronic systems and equipment.Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Vendor certifications in multiple Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Access Control Systems (ACS), and Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) systems.Hands-on experience with systems such as Software House CCURE, Verint, MDI, AMAG Symmetry, Bosch IDS, Hirsch (Identiv), and AIphone Intercom Systems.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
