Accounts Payable Administrator

We are seeking an  Accounts Payable Administrator  to handle essential financial responsibilities related to payables and other accounting duties. This role is key to ensuring timely and accurate payments while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile  accounts payable  transactions.
• Maintain accurate vendor records and track payment obligations to ensure timely disbursements.
• Prepare and issue checks for purchases, supplies, and services.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies.
• Address and resolve questions or issues with vendors and internal teams.
• Communicate effectively with the controller and other lead personnel.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close activities, including reconciliations and closing entries.

What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you’ll need :

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

Minimum of  2 years in accounting  preferred.

Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

About Our Dealership

Bretz RV & Marine opened for business in Missoula, Montana, in 1967. Until then, Frank and Vi Bretz had been operating a service station and renting U-Hauls in central Missoula. Searching for a new camping trailer turned into a new business opportunity. Not only did the Bretz family get a new camper, they decided to get into the business of selling and renting small travel trailers.

Today Bretz RV & Marine is still a family-owned and operated business with five dealerships across Montana and Idaho. We are fortunate to have grown from just over 100 employees to nearly 400 employees in the last five years. We do all we can to offer our teams an excellent place to work and advance in our company.
