Ability to ensure proper food preparation and presentation including making one of our customer-favorites, coffee! Excellence in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting our rewards loyalty program. Ability to follow proper health code guidelines. The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds. Has outstanding communication skills, mathematical ability, and team-oriented values. 18+ years of age.
A Speedway / 7-Eleven sales associate is responsible for : 2nd and 3rd Shift positions
Responsibilities :
- Greeting walk-in customers.
- Guiding customers toward the products they are seeking.
- Upselling various products through suggestive selling and persuasive skills.
- Ensuring sufficient staffing levels.
- Recruiting, training, and developing staff.
- Maintaining a clean, properly stocked, and merchandised store.
- Promoting 7-Eleven to guests and the community.
- Maximizing sales and profits.
- Identifying and resolving sales obstacles.
- Managing and maintaining proper inventory levels and controls .
