We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Buyer to join our energetic team. As a Buyer at Bikinibird, you’ll play a key role in supporting our team to ensure our stores and website are stocked with the freshest and most exciting swim, resort wear and accessories collections. If you are a total numbers geek with a love of fashion, a talent for identifying trends, and a passion for the vibrant realm of swimwear, this is an ideal opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities :

• Market Research & Trend Analysis : Stay ahead of industry trends by researching emerging brands, new styles, and market shifts. Provide insights and recommendations on trends that align with Bikinibird’s brand identity.
• Vendor Relations : Assist Brand Manager in building and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors. Help coordinate meetings, sample reviews, and negotiate terms to secure the best products and prices.
• Inventory Management : Support Brand Manager in managing inventory levels across all stores and e-commerce platforms. Analyze sales data and make recommendations for reorders and stock adjustments to optimize inventory turnover.
• Product Selection : Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase swimwear, clothing and accessories that fits Bikinibird’s style and customer preferences. Assist in curating collections and seasonal offerings.
• Order Processing : Help the team process and track purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate fulfillment. Monitor the status of orders and address any issues that may arise.
• Sales Analysis : Review sales performance and customer feedback to inform future buying decisions. Use data to identify top-performing products and areas for improvement.
• Store Support : Provide support to the retail team by ensuring that product knowledge and merchandising standards are up to date. Assist in store-related promotions and events.
