Location : Remote (Work from Home)

Starting Pay : $20 / hour + Bonuses + Commission Opportunities

Schedule : Full-time | 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts with a 1-hour lunch break

Hours : 9 AM to 8 PM EST

Intake Specialists. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for individuals whove experienced challenging events, like car accidents. Your job? To guide them toward the help they need starting with connecting them to the right legal support.

What Youll Do :

• Reach Out with Purpose

Make outbound calls to individuals who have requested help. Your voice could be the first step toward their recovery.

Handle incoming calls from individuals seeking help. Listen closely, offer reassurance, and guide them toward the legal support they need.

Use strong communication skills and empathy to make people feel heard, understood, and confident in our ability to help.

Introduce callers to our network of expert attorneys and other services tailored to their needs.

Accurately document information from each call to ensure seamless follow-up and support.

Meet performance benchmarks while delivering a high standard of service.

Use our proven scripts and processes to ensure consistency and quality.

Help improve our services by passing along what you learn from real conversations.
