Job Requirements

Education Requirements :

Nursing degree (ASN, BSN, or equivalent) from accredited programs

Certifications Requirements :

Valid RN license in North Dakota

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification

Experience Requirements :

Minimum of 1 year of ER or hospital RN experience (must have at least 1 year of travel experience)

Proven ability to handle high-acuity emergency cases efficiently and compassionately

Other Requirements :

Must have at least 1 year of travel experience in healthcare staffing

Ability to work day and night shifts (7a-7p, 7p-7a) with 36 hours per week

Strong communication skills, adaptability, and teamwork-oriented mindset

Must be able to pass background checks and compliance screenings

Job Description

Provide emergency care to diverse patient populations in a hospital setting, assessing and responding to high-acuity cases promptly.

Administer medications, perform emergency procedures , and coordinate patient care plans under physician supervision.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes and compliance with hospital protocols.

Document patient information accurately using EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner).

Manage patient flow, prioritize urgent cases, and maintain calm, efficient work environments during busy shifts.

Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and trauma protocols .

Maintain Black scrubs appearance in the hospital setting.

Be flexible to work day and night shifts on a rotating schedule.
