Role Description
The Maintenance Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site position responsible for managing and developing client relationships, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts within our maintenance and enhancement division. This role works closely with our design, construction, and estimating teams to ensure seamless project execution and exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of maintenance operations, including sales, estimating, and scheduling.
- Maintain and grow client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
- Prepare accurate bids and proposals to ensure profitability and client alignment.
- Identify property enhancement opportunities and prepare corresponding estimates.
- Support on-time, on-budget project delivery through coordination and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve standards, methods, and overall efficiency.
- Participate in mandatory company meetings and ensure timely submission of all documentation.
- Operate with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability and transparency.
Qualifications
Degree or certificate in Landscape Management, Irrigation Management, or equivalent experience.Strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices and production methods.Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a strong team mindset.Valid Texas driver’s license required.Personal Qualities
