What You'll Do

As a Server Assistant, you'll be a key player in ensuring smooth service and flawless Guest experiences. You'll work side-by-side with servers and the kitchen team to keep the dining room running like clockwork.

Your Responsibilities Will Include :

Assisting server by pre-bussing, resetting tables, and running food

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room
• Communicated Guest needs and table readiness with the front and back of house
• Following proper table etiquette and safety protocols
• Delivering food with menu knowledge and attention to allergy / modification notes
• Anticipating Guest needs with a warm, proactive approach
• Executing side work and opening / closing duties with consistency
• Mastering menu knowledge - including wine, spirits, and culinary details
• Maintaining impeccable professionalism, poise, and energy throughout the shift
• Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and ABC regulations
• Contributing to a culture of collaboration, feedback, and mutual respect
