Schedule Night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM, four 12-hour shifts, totaling 48 hours per week, including every other weekend. Job Description Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse (RN) and be responsible for coordinating exceptional patient care for adult and pediatric patients. Your expertise will support comprehensive medical, surgical, outpatient, observation, swing bed, and pediatric care within the general Med / Surg unit. Collaborate with talented professionals to meet the diverse needs of our patient population using the innovative Nursing Process to make critical decisions. Holistic care is prioritized, ensuring that patients' age, physiological, spiritual, psychosocial, and developmental needs are met with compassion and proficiency. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult and pediatric patients. Coordinate patient care and collaborate with healthcare professionals. Utilize the Nursing Process for critical decision-making. Ensure holistic care for patients, addressing all aspects of their well-being. Work closely with the Unit Director and Clinical Nurse Lead or Nursing Supervisor. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of three years of acute care experience required. Familiarity with Meditech is preferred. Current Vermont RN or multi-state RN licensure is required. BLS (American Heart Association) and ACLS certifications are required. Why ARMStaffing?
