Position Description

Key Responsibilities

Legal Advisory & Compliance

• Provide legal counsel on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements including subcontractor agreements, supplier contracts, licensing agreements, and strategic partnerships.
• Advise on employment law matters and support HR initiatives.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including those pertaining to the construction industry.
• Develop and maintain corporate policies and procedures.
