Schedule : Full-Time Call : 1 : 4 Clinic + Inpatient OB

Position Overview

Join a mission-driven Family Medicine with OB team at a thriving outpatient clinic and regional hospital in Clinton, Iowa. We're seeking an OB Fellowship-trained Family Medicine physician who is confident in performing C-sections and passionate about full-spectrum, team-based care.

Practice Details

OB Fellowship required (completed before start)

Must be BC / BE in Family Medicine (BC within 1 year if BE)

Confident performing C-sections

Clinic : 3 exam rooms, 1 procedure room, state-of-the-art ultrasound

EMR : Cerner (hospital), eClinicalWorks (clinic)

Call Schedule : 1 : 4

Hospital : 7-bed LDRP Level I Nursery 1 2 daily admissions

Team Includes :

1 Board-Certified Gynecologist

2 OB NPs

1 FM / OB physician

12 FM providers

2 APPs

Patient Mix : % low-risk, % high-risk pregnancies

C-section Rate : 5 10%

Compensation & Benefits

Salary : Competitive, commensurate with experience (discussed at interview)

Sign-On Bonus : $100,000

Relocation Assistance : Up to $10,000

PTO : 272 hours / year ( 34 days)

CME : $4,000 annually

Candidate Requirements

Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine Required

OB Fellowship Completed Required

Able to perform C-sections independently Required

Iowa license or eligibility Required

Clean malpractice preferred

Not accepting : Locums, J1 / H1B visa seekers, or supervision-required candidates
