JOB DESCRIPTION :

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional, compassionate, appropriate and individualized routine care, observes patients' health, assists practitioners and registered nurses, and communicates instructions to patients regarding medication, treatment, home-based care, and preventative lifestyle changes.

JOB DUTIES :

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) assumes other responsibilities as assigned by the Registered Nurse, Nursing Director and / or Practitioner.
