Job descriptionHigh school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in the printing industry is a plus. Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook; ability to learn new software. Excellent organizational and communication skills. This is a physically active role, involving frequent walking, handling materials, and occasional lifting. The role may involve managing house accounts and supporting other account managers. Participation in continuous improvement initiatives is expected.

Overview :
Symbiotic Services is seeking an experienced Account Manager for a client in the printing and packaging industry. This role is responsible for maintaining and growing existing customer accounts, managing production orders, and serving as a liaison between sales, production, and customer service teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and expand revenue within existing accounts.
- Serve as the point of contact for client communications and order tracking.
- Maintain customer data in ERP systems and coordinate order flow from start to delivery.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients by phone and email.
- Manage reorders, validate artwork, confirm pricing, and oversee proofing and shipping processes.
- Act as project manager between sales and production teams.
- Prepare sales materials, reports, and presentations.
- Handle customer complaints, credit issues, and inventory coordination.
- Support internal process improvements and special projects.
