What you must have to apply

• Valid State of California Professional Civil Engineer PE License
• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from ABET accredited School
• Five (5) or more years full-time experience as an Associate Engineer, or
• Ten (10) years full time post graduate experience at an engineering firm managing projects from beginning to end, demonstrating proficiency in design package preparation, with a focus on project management and client satisfaction
• Previous experience managing a minimum of ten (10) medium and large projects per year
• Knowledge of pertinent federal, state, county and city statutes, rules, ordinances, codes and policies
• Awareness of financial records, collection policies and accounting procedures
• Exposure to employee mentoring and / or team leadership
• Possession of valid California Drivers License and clear DMV Report
