Grounds / Pool Technician

We are hiring dedicated and motivated Grounds / Pool Technician positions for numerous communities. Our Porter / Grounds play a key part in our team and are recognized and rewarded for their hard work.

Responsibilities

Ensuring your property maintains exceptional curb appeal by keeping the grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained

• General grounds and pool maintenance
• Landscape-planting and weeding
• Trash pickup and removal
• Performing cleaning, basic maintenance and repair of pools and hot tubs.
• Other duties : Trimming, water plants, hang flyers, sweep grounds, etc.
• M-F : 8am-4 : 30pm and Saturday / Sunday for roughly 2 hours to check pool chemicals. (Can shorten weekday hours if they do not want OT)
