Weekly Pay : $2,300 Travel Rate (Must live 50+ miles away)

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our travel team in Hugo, CO. This role focuses on helping patients restore independence, improve daily living skills, and enhance overall quality of life through personalized therapy plans.

Requirements

Active Colorado OT License (or Compact if applicable)

BLS (AHA required)

Minimum of 1 year recent OT experience (acute, outpatient, or SNF setting)

Strong communication and documentation skills

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team

Responsibilities

Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans

Deliver therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, and interventions

Educate patients and families on safe practices and use of adaptive equipment

Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting plans as necessary

Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care

Promote patient independence, mobility, and safety
