The Business Analyst position supports the Collections and Customer Service Department in carrying out analytics designed to measure the business performance and improve the overall decision-making process. A large part of the role is analyzing reports and developing metrics, which can be used to drive the future direction of the business both internally and externally. There will be some project management required including working across all disciplines of the company.
