Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Rehabilitation Setting

Austin / South Austin / Round Rock / Surrounding Areas
$28.00 – $32.00 per hour
Full-time | Part-time | PRN | Per Diem | Temporary

About the Role :

OpenWork Health (formerly QS Nurses) is seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide direct care and medical support to individuals in rehabilitation and skilled nursing facilities .

We’re looking for dependable, patient-centered professionals ready to make a difference every day.

Responsibilities :

Provide direct patient care in skilled nursing and rehab settings.

Respond to emergency calls for residents in independent living areas.

Supervise nurse aides and medication aides.

Communicate with families regarding resident care and concerns.

Give and receive detailed shift reports.

Assist with medication administration and nursing aide duties as needed.

Requirements :

Active LVN license. (Required)

1+ year of Behavioral Health experience. (Preferred)

Current BLS certification. (Required)

Schedule :

Day, Evening, or Night shifts available.

Monday to Friday and weekend availability.

Pay & Benefits

Pay Rate : $32.00 / hr (based on experience)
