Adolescent Counselor - Part Time

Location : High Focus Centers - Lansdale, PA

High Focus Centers, a trusted provider of outpatient behavioral health treatment in southeastern Pennsylvania, offers comprehensive, individualized care through its specialized programs : Rehab After Work, The Light Program, and Seeds of Hope. We serve both adults and adolescents, with a focus on mental health, eating disorders, and co-occurring concerns.

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Part-Time Adolescent Counselor to join our Lansdale team. This role focuses on delivering individual therapy to adolescent clients in an outpatient setting. Position Overview

The Adolescent Counselor is responsible for :

• Providing individual outpatient therapy to adolescent clients
• Conducting clinical assessments and developing person-centered treatment plans
• Collaborating with families, schools, and referral sources to support client progress
• Monitoring behavioral and emotional needs and adjusting treatment as necessary
• Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Participating in clinical meetings and contributing to care coordination
• Supporting program goals and additional clinical duties as needed
