Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to oversee sales reporting , commission calculations, and Inventory Controls. This role is critical to ensure the accurate and timely reporting of sales data and the fair, error-free processing of commission payments for the Sales and Rep teams. You will collaborate closely with the Finance, Sales, and HR departments to uphold transparent and consistent sales accounting practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Calculate and process sales commissions in line with company policies and commission structures
- Reconcile sales transactions with accounting records and CRM data (e.g., Salesforce)
- Support month-end and year-end close processes related to sales revenue and commissions
- Monitor, audit, and resolve discrepancies in commission calculations
- Collaborate with Sales Operations to ensure correct implementation of commission structures
- Generate reports and provide analysis to support leadership decision-making
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements related to sales accounting
- Audit Inventory Counts
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field1-3 years of relevant accounting experienceStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas); experience with ERP systems is a plusExcellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and organizational skillsFamiliarity with internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit standard.
