Responsibilities

Implement daily marketing strategies to generate leads through various online advertising and social media channels, supported by extensive marketing training.

• Learn our back-office marketing and communication system with full training provided by your personal one-on-one coach.
• Evaluate the suitability of qualified applicants for our business model through brief phone or Zoom interviews.
• Develop and nurture your pipeline, fostering long-term relationships with potential clients.
• Lead by example in building, coaching, and mentoring your own team.
• Offer support and mentorship to assist others in achieving their goals and building their businesses.
• Engage in online training sessions for continuous upskilling and professional development.
• Immerse yourself in our award-winning Personal Development materials, embodying the product and remaining an active student of self-growth.
• Establish and pursue ambitious goals in both sales and personal growth.
• Follow the guidance of our international business partners and leadership team.
• Regularly communicate with your dedicated one-on-one trainer and coach.
• Take full ownership of your performance and results, as you operate remotely and independently in this role.
