Responsibilities

Full-time Leasing Consultant The Leasing Consultant is part of a high-energy community with 258 apartment homes in Odenton, MD. You will contribute to the greatest possible satisfaction and well-being of all individuals associated with the community while aligning with the company goals. This role works with the office to respond to telephone inquiries, interview prospective residents, conduct site tours, prepare and complete lease paperwork, and perform data entry.

Primary duties

• Take a prospect from traffic to resident
• Maintain closing ratios
• Collect rental deposits
• Process all rental paperwork
• Ensure the property is kept in excellent condition
• Help manage the property's social media and coordinate resident events
• Build brand loyalty by ensuring every resident interaction is positive
