Client Services Specialist

Currently, we have a Client Services Specialist opportunity with a bank that is seeking bright and engaging banking professionals to join their award-winning team. This is a temp-to-hire position, but direct hire is possible for a strong candidate.

Client Services Specialist responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include :

• Manage the New Accounts Department, ensuring all new accounts are opened and maintained accurately and efficiently.
• Perform a variety of branch and customer service duties including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashing checks, balancing daily transactions, handling vault responsibilities, assisting with incoming / outgoing wires, and answering customer inquiries.
• Exercise limited supervision, signing authority, and approval authority as designated by bank policy.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, promoting bank products and services and referring customers to the appropriate team members.
• Ensure full compliance with bank policies, procedures, and all applicable state and federal banking regulations.

Pay Rate Range : $22 – $28 per hour (equivalent to $45,760 – $58,240 annually)

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
