A company is looking for a Mental Health Specialist II for the 988 Lifeline Services.

Key Responsibilities

Models effective communication and recovery-oriented living skills for clients

Responds promptly to service requests via calls, chats, and texts

Maintains knowledge of resources and performs assessments for appropriate referrals

Required Qualifications

Four years of full-time experience in a mental health or human service field, or a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field

Ability to handle phone requests under time and decision-making pressure

Physical capability to stand, walk, and lift up to 20 lbs

Experience with crisis intervention

Familiarity with documentation and data input protocols
