Requirements : Active RN License (Tennessee or Compact) Minimum Experience : 1–2 years recent Med-Surg experience Certifications Required : BLS (AHA) – Required ACLS (AHA) – Preferred EMR Experience : Epic (preferred) Strong clinical skills in medication administration, patient assessment, and acute care. Ability to manage 1 : 5 or 1 : 6 patient ratios depending on unit needs.
