Administrative Assistant
Responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations supporting the Chief Nursing Officer at Chilton Medical Center. Position will support Chair through a variety of tasks related to organization, heavy calendar management and meeting planning. Constituent will handle confidential and sensitive material and is expected to communicate effectively via phone and email to ensure duties are completed accurately and timely.
