As Calista’s primary supply chain lead, you’ll manage the movement of goods from production through delivery, maintain optimal inventory levels, and ensure operational excellence across all channels. This role is ideal for a proactive, highly organized professional who enjoys working cross-functionally and wants to help scale a fast-growing consumer brand.

THE JOB :

  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including purchasing, production planning, logistics, and inventory management across all Calista channels (DTC, QVC, Amazon, and retail).
  • Manage component orders for wet goods and coordinate shipments with contract manufacturers.
  • Maintain accurate item data including configurations, specifications, pricing, artwork, and supplier details.
  • Forecast inventory based on sales trends, promotional calendars, and upcoming launches to maintain ideal stock levels.
  • Align production schedules with forecasted demand to prevent overstock or out-of-stock situations.
  • Track inbound shipments and update forecasts as needed based on lead times, production delays, or discrepancies.
  • Coordinate shipping logistics with freight forwarders for both ocean and ground transportation.
  • Schedule and monitor third-party quality control (Pro QC) inspections; escalate any failed or pending reports to Product Management.
  • Manage customer-required documentation including PSFGA, ASNs, and retailer compliance requirements.
  • Partner with warehouse teams on deliveries, inventory accuracy, and proof-of-delivery documentation for billing.
  • Review commercial invoices, packing lists, and import documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide regular delivery and production status updates to internal teams and retail partners.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations, enhance forecasting accuracy, and improve visibility across the supply chain.

THE CANDIDATE :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field
  • 3–7 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management, ideally within beauty, CPG, or retail
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes including purchasing, forecasting, logistics, and inventory control
  • Proficient in demand planning, sales forecasting, and using data to inform production decisions
  • Experienced with ERP systems and retail customer platforms (e.g., QVC, Amazon Vendor Central, Shopify)
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • Analytical thinker with advanced Excel proficiency and comfort working with complex data sets
  • Hands-on, self-starter who can independently manage a full operational function while collaborating cross-functionally
  • Strong communicator adept at coordinating with global manufacturers, freight partners, and internal teams
  • Flexible, proactive, and solutions-oriented—able to navigate shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Motivated by the opportunity to build and strengthen the operational backbone of a growing beauty brand
