As a Personal Trainer at Club Northwest, you will play a vital role in helping our members achieve their wellbeing goals. Your responsibilities will include conducting fitness assessments, designing and implementing customized workout programs, and providing ongoing support and motivation. We are looking for a passionate individual who can educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and overall wellness while ensuring a positive and empowering training experience.

Responsibilities :

Conduct thorough fitness assessments to understand clients' goals, fitness levels, and any specific considerations.

Design and implement personalized workout programs tailored to individual client needs.

Provide guidance, motivation, and support during one-on-one or group training sessions.

Educate clients on proper form, nutrition, and lifestyle choices to enhance overall well-being.

Monitor and track clients' progress, making adjustments to workout plans as needed.

Stay informed about industry trends, fitness research, and advancements in exercise science.

Qualifications :

Certified Personal Trainer with a reputable fitness certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM).

CPR and AED certification with 90 days of hire.

Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and anatomy.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Motivated and passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals.

Ability to adapt training styles to accommodate clients with varying fitness levels and goals.

Previous experience in personal training is preferred.
